Johnny R. Walls, 60, passed away at Alive Hospice on Wednesday, March 9, 2016. Mr. Walls was born on December 29, 1955 in Nashville, Tennessee to James Hoyte Walls, Sr. and Annie Pearl Walls. He was a service agent with with Avis Car Rental for 27 years. Johnny never met a stranger and loved being outdoors fishing and camping.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Hoyte Walls, Sr.; brother, James Hoyte Walls, Jr.; sister, Faye Phelps.
Survivors include his mother, Annie Pearl Walls; sons, Jack Walls, Randy Walls and Chris (Nicole) Holland; sisters, Rose (Paul) Warpool, Janice (Grady) Stewart, Mary Martin; two grandchildren, Kaylie and Emily Holland and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at 11:00 am at True Vine Baptist Church, 530 Carter Lane, Smyrna, TN 37167.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Murfreesboro Funeral Home, to help with funeral cost.
