Obituary of Charles Ray Snoddy

Charles Ray Snoddy passed away on March 18. He was 57. Born in Ypsilanti, MI. He lived in Murfreesboro thirty-one years. He was married to his loving wife, Jennifer. Children: Jennifer Hobbs, McMinnville (Jonathan), Casey Smith and Megan Snoddy, Murfreesboro. Brother: Virgil Snoddy (Judy) Murfreesboro, and nephew Ozz Snoddy. He served active duty in the Marines from 1975-1977. A recognized hobby was being a competitive BBQ cook along with George Sasser, frequently cooking for Christian initiatives. He was employed at World Outreach Church. He and his wife are owners of Snoddy’s Janitorial Service an active business since 1993. Charles was dedicated to numerous men’s groups of Christian fellowship and study. He and his wife Jennifer served for many years to WOC small group ministries. Charles was happiest doing good things of Godly thoughtfulness which inspired change to the lives of many. His tribute is linked to his core value, having a servant’s life in Christ and making lasting friendships. He was a member of World Outreach Church. Visitation with the family will be 12pm – 2pm Tuesday, March 22 and funeral services at 2 pm at World Outreach Church, Pastor Allen Jackson officiating.
