Jose H. “Joe” Ramirez, Sr. age 69 passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2016.
Preceded in death by parents Simon and Maria Ramirez; brothers Simon and Mario; sisters Zulema, Juanita and Irma.
Survived by his devoted wife of 30 years Maria Antonia Ramirez; children Joe Ramirez Jr, Eric (Karen) Ramirez, Bobby (Jana) Ramirez, Talia (Matt) Schulte, Analisa (Shane) Shepard, and Michael (Brittney) Ramirez; grandchildren Reo, Grant and Ethan; brothers Gustavo, Robert and Francisco Ramirez; sisters Grace Telzero and Rosa Willoughby.
Joe was an employee of Roadway/Yellow Freight for 30+ years and a member of Teamsters Local 480. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather with his entire life dedicated to his family.
Visitation with the family will be held Friday, July 1. 2016 from 4:00-8:00 pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Saturday, July 2, 2016 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Murfreesboro, TN at 2:00 pm with visitation one hour prior to service.Burial will follow at Miller Cemetery.
