Obituary of Thomas Albert Johnson

Thomas Albert Johnson age 65, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Thursday September 7, 2017at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital.

 Preceded in death by parents Albert Winford Johnson and Willie Carlene Barrett, and brother Kenny Johnson

Survived by wife Linda Faye Johnson, children Tara Craig (Brian) and Kendall Johnson, grandson Christian Craig, brothers, Billy Mac Barrett (Lois), Bobby Johnson (Debbie) and sisters, Marilyn Armistead (Joe), Lisa Farrah (Gary) and Doris Bess (Paul). 

Mr. Johnson was a faithful member of Smyrna Holiness Church, worked at Parthenon Metal Works for 38 years and was avid Vanderbilt fan, even as he drew his last breath his phone rang and the Vanderbilt fight song played. 

Visitation will be 4:00PM until 9:00PM Saturday at Smyrna Holiness Church 406 Jefferson Pike, Smryna, Tennessee 37167. Funeral services will be 1:00PM Sunday at the church.
