Obituary of Michael Wayne Palmer
Michael Wayne Palmer, age 69, of Christiana, TN. passed away on Friday, December 15, 2017 at home surrounded by his loved ones.
Michael was preceded in death by his mother Dolores Helms Mayes.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 40 years Sherilyn Kay Palmer, daughter: Cristyn Palmer (Stephen Lumpkin) and Tracy Wright, grandchildren: Tristan and Julyon Alvarado-Palmer, Londynn and Zariah Lumpkin, and Kaitlyn Wright, father: Arnold Palmer, brothers: Patrick (Becky) Palmer and Dewayne Palmer, aunts: Peggy Fisher and Faye Helm cousins: Steve (Debbie) Fisher, Dolores (Mark) Fowler, Cameron Fowler, Richard Helm and Doris Helm.
Michael was a graduate of Upper High School, class of 66. He attended Tennessee Tech with a Electronics degree. He worked at Bontrics Electric, Nashville, Tennessee, Coats Company. He statred new company in Murfreesboro called American Geo Thermal. He last worked for Square D in Smyrna.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 23, 2017 from 1pm – 3pm with service to follow at Murfreesboro Funeral Home. Officiating will be John Smith.
