Obituary of Sharon Ann Totura

Sharon Ann Totura, age 82 went to her heavenly home on Monday, March 29, 2021.
Sharon was a member of St Rose of Lima Catholic Church and retired from Bridgestone Tire.
She was born in Kankakee, IL to the late Myron Henry and Vera Viola Coy Downing. She is preceded in death by first husband James Altmyer, second husband Emil Totura, her sister Myrna Deany, and a brother Gerald Downing.
She was survived by son Tom (Denise) Altmyer, daughter Kathy (Joel) Stevens, son Denny (Angie) Altmyer, daughter Suzie (Scott) Tarr, nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, brother Leslie (Holly) Downing, sister Lori (Larry) Gordon, and many beloved nieces, nephews, and friends.
Sharon enjoyed gardening, golfing, bowling, and playing cards.
Visitation with the family will be held at Murfreesboro Funeral Home on April 5, 2021 from 11am – 1pm with services to follow in the chapel at 1pm. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or a charity of your choice in her name.
