Edward Gene Tyring, age 86 passed away, Saturday, May 29, 2021.
Preceded in death by his mother and father Aileen and Virgil Tyring, brother Jerry Tyring and his wife Margie and brother-in-law Donald Duke.
Survived by the love of his life his wife of 65 years Helen Jean Mullinax Tyring, son Larry (Pam) Tyring, daughter Stephanie (Bobby) Bond, grandchildren, Jeremy Tyring, Brenton Tyring, Matthew (Maylan) Bond, Mitchell (Sarah) Bond, Aaron (Maddy) Bond, Tara Bond (Austin), and Scarlett Bond (Yi), great-grandchildren, Hailey and Amelia Bond, Macie and Manning Bond and Lillian Satty. Sisters Peggy (Willie) Shafer, Carol (Bob) Brown, Jane (Jack) Tichenor, and Becky (Jon) Bundy, sister-in-law’s Linda (Louis) Ferraro, Elena (Jim) Spence and Judy Duke., many nieces and nephews.
He was an Air Force Veteran, school teacher and retired Accountant. His hobbies included feeding the birds and squirrels, and he loved spending time with his family.
Graveside service will be held 10:00am Thursday, June 3, 2021 at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery.
Pallbearers- Jeremy Tyring, Brenton Tyring, Matthew Bond, Mitchell Bond, Aaron Bond, and Austin Satty.
