Vernie Lee Hale, age 72 years, passed away Wednesday, September 15, 2021.
Preceded in death by mother Leola Hale; brother Roger Hale; 5 sisters Myra, Juanita, R L, Jewell and Evelyn.
Survived by wife Wardene Hale; daughters Laura (Harold) Lamb and Mary Beth (Tony) Ogburn; son Bryan Matthew Hale; grandchildren Christopher (Dani) Haynes, Austin Haynes, Callie Ogburn and Tucker Ogburn; brother Allen (Terri) Hale, and several nieces and nephews.
Vernie was an active member of New Beginnings Church at Rockvale, a retired Commercial Construction Superintendent and was an avid golfer.
Visitation with the family will be 4:00-7:00pm Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Murfreesboro Funeral Home. Funeral service 11:00 am Monday, September 20, 2021 at Murfreesboro Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Windrow Cemetery.
