Obituary of Melva LaVerne Davidson

Melva LaVerne Davidson, age 95 passed into the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, December 6, 2021, at home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Marlette, Michigan to the late Earl and Florence Fulcher. She was a member of Franklin Road Baptist Church.
She is also preceded in death by her husband; Reverend E. Ralph Davidson.
She was survived by her daughters; Beth (Paul) Stevens of Murfreesboro, Sue (Mike) Bailey of Grand Rapids, Mi., 5 grandchildren; Kristi (Britt) Henderson, Jill (Bobby) Gierucki, Kim (Bill) VanStensel, Lindsay (Ben) VanStensel, Ben (Hannah) Stevens, 15 great grandchildren, and a sister; Jane Ann Fiedler of Lima, OH.
Melva was a dedicated Pastor’s wife and a secretary with Davison School Systems in Michigan. After retirement, together they served as missionaries with Source of Light Ministries of Madison, GA.
Visitation with the family will be held at Franklin Road Baptist Church on Friday, December 10, 2021, from 10am – 12pm with services to follow at 12pm. There will be a private family graveside with Pastor Mike Norris officiating.
In lieu of flowers, gifts may be donated to Source of Light Ministries, Madison, GA, or Franklin Road Baptist Church Missions program in Melva’s name.
