Vicky Sue (Perry) Gainey of Murfreesboro, TN passed away, surrounded by family
Thursday February 2nd at the age of 57.
She is preceded in death by her father in law William (Bill) Gainey, her mother Brenda (Nanny) Perry, and her granddaughter Madison Hardin.
Vicky is survived by her husband and fiercest defender Brad Gainey, her father Bill Perry, her brother Stevie Perry, and her children Jamie Shae Hardin and Emily Sue Carrozza; her grandchildren John and Charlie Hardin, and Marcy Carrozza.
Mom was our greatest champion, our most loyal confidant, and our family historian. She always knew exactly how to mend any wound - internal or otherwise. She had a strong faith in God and His grace, we firmly believe she’s in Heaven now with family she has long missed, dancing to the music she loved so much. She believed in family over everything, you were always welcome to her exactly as you were. She was fast friends with anyone who had the fortune of meeting her, she was joy and love embodied. She gave us the gift of so much joy and laughter in life - all she wanted for any of us was happiness, even in her final moments she wanted us to know how loved we were and are. Our lives are duller without her, but she is now at peace in His hands.
