Marguerite Wilma (Knapp) Lynch, loving wife and beloved mother of four children, passed away on Friday, February 23, 2024, in Nashville, TN, at the age 83 after a brief illness. They returned to Ravenna to start a family where they raised two sons, Michael and Christopher, and two daughters, Kelly and Sandra. Peggy worked briefly before getting married. First as a Movie Theater Cashier, where she first met Bill, next as a bank bookkeeper, both in downtown Ravenna, OH. She was a very devoted and hardworking mother to her children. She enjoyed playing Scrabble and trouncing those willing to play her. She was also very skilled at making her homes beautiful and welcoming. She had impeccable taste for interior design. Peggy was a devout Catholic. She attended Immaculate Conception School and Ravenna High School, both in Ravenna, OH. She worshipped at Immaculate Conception Church in Ravenna, OH, and Saint Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Murfreesboro, TN. Following BIll’s retirement, they relocated to Murfreesboro, TN, the Volunteer State. Their love of a southern climate and putting down new roots made Tennessee a great destination. Also, both Christopher and Sandra had moved there.
