Obituary of Repsie Diane Barrett

Diane Barrett, age 69, passed away Wednesday March 13, 2024, at Vanderbilt Hospital surrounded by family members. She lived in Shelbyville but was born in Rutherford County. Diane was preceded in death by her husband Archie Barrett, mother Ina Ruth Shroat, father Gene Clayton Williams, sister Brenda Gail Warnack, brother Kevin Williams, and son-in-law Adam Head.
She is survived by her brother Larry Williams, daughter Heather Lovvorn (Jimmy), daughter Penny Galindo, daughter Callie Head, grandson Grant Lovvorn (Jeff), grandson Matthew Head (Montana), granddaughter Makayla Owens (Seth), granddaughter Madison Head, great granddaughter Mae’Lynn Head, great grandson Easton Owens, great granddaughter Xaylee Owens, and great grandson Remington Owens.
Ms. Barrett was a member of the Baptist faith and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation with the family will be from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2024, with funeral service to follow at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Roselawn Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
