"Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted." Matthew 5:4
Keeping all of the Bivins family in our thoughts and prayers during this time. Nathan was a son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin and a friend to many. I wish you all peace and comfort.

In the past 9 months I really got to actually know Nathan, not from afar but from up close. It was a proud moment in my life to be able to help him while on his cancer journey. He was always positive during this time and in general, more than anyone else I have ever known in my life, including myself. There is definitely a difference between staying positive and being positive, and he was the latter. Nathan was extremely supportive. I opened my cake business up again because he made me feel like I could own the world with my talent and his sales abilities and so called "connections"! Nathan loved being an Uncle to all his nieces and nephews and would talk about anything and everything under the sun to try and find a connection that was specific to each one of them. And Lord when he finally did find that specific connection he would make sure it was in every conversation they had! LOL! We all can take notes out of Nathan's playbook of life. Love of family, positivity, being supportive and patience are a few that I learned from his playbook. I have learned so much from his journey and I'm glad that I could be there for him and the family during this time. It was an Honor. May you rest in peace and fly high with the souls of your past.

I worked with Nate for a long time he wasn’t a co worker he was like a brother we hung out every lunch break talking about either Call of Duty Warzone that myself and other friends played with Nate every day after work or just about life in general Nate was always trying to help someone even it was little things like cheering you up on a bad day or buying a stranger lunch in the break room when he seen they was new and didn’t have money Nate was a all around good person that will be missed greatly by myself ,his friends and family

Nathan loved his nieces and nephews. I remember when Zayne was born the first person to show up was Nathan. I can remember he was there for 2 or 3 hours talking the nurse's heads off and he talked so much every nurse that came in they thought he was the father. He will be missed by a lot of people.

I worked with Nate for many years at two different shops and he was more of a friend than a coworker. He was a hard worker and he always thrived to excel. Nate was always making people laugh and tried to keep everyone upbeat. When I think of Nate he loved his family more than anything. He would always talk about his nieces and nephews and would do everything he could to help anyone. He will truly be missed.
