Gary "Gooroo" Epperson Jr., 41 of Christiana passed away Sunday, July 15, 2012 at his residence. Gary was a native and life long resident of Murfreesboro. He was a member of Hoovers Gap Community Church and worked for Hobbs Trucking Company.
Gary was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jack and Mildred Rigney, Carson and Mattie Bell Epperson. He is survived by his wife, Kristy Cooper Epperson of Christiana; daughters, Ashton Epperson and Mikayla Epperson both of Christiana; grandson, Elijah Epperson; mother, Ann Rigney of Fosterville; father, Gary Milton Epperson Sr. of Manchester; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; father and mother in law, David and Carol Cooper of Christiana.
Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, July 17, 2012 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at 1:00pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home with Bro. David Ash officiating. Burial to follow at Old Millersburg Cemetery.
