Ada Hild Matson, 92, of Murfreesboro, passed away Thursday, November 29, 2012 at her Middle TN Medical Center. She was born in Larvik, Norway to the late Hans and Astrid Alexandersen Carlton. She was a homemaker, member of Grace Lutheran Church, past officer for Sons of Norway and Lantana Florida Woman's Club. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Moffitt Leon Matson; son, Richard Moffitt Matson. She is survived by her daughter and son in law, Lynell and Kent Syler; granddaughters, Liala Syler and Emily Syler, all of Murfreesboro. A private burial will be at Cowan Montgomery Cemetery.
