Obituary of Ashley Birtcil

Ashley Birtcil, 20, of Bell Buckle, passed away Monday, February 4, 2008 at Henderson County Community Hospital in Lexington, TN . She was born in Atlanta, GA. Ashley was a 2005 graduate of Lavergne High School and her senior year there was captain of the Lavergne High School Cheerleaders. She currently was a junior at Middle Tennessee State University majoring in child development and family studies. Ashley was looked forward to working with young children and loved working at Lancaster Early Learning Center. She attended East Main Church of Christ and was very active with their youth group. Ashley enjoyed being with her family and friends and will be deeply missed all. Ashley is preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert A. Birtcil, Charles E. and Reba Miolen. She is survived by her parents, Ted and Pam Birtcil of Bell Buckle; sister, Tiffany Birtcil of Smyrna; brother, Jay Birtcil of Bell Buckle; uncle Mitchem Miolen of Bell Buckle; granny Sandy and Melvin Young of Oklahoma; aunts, Deb and Tammy; uncles, Bob, Jack, Tom & Tim. Several cousins. A celebration of life service will be 11:00 am Thursday, February 07, 2008 at the Murfreesboro Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. Ron Brown and Rev. Beth Ezell officiating. Burial to follow in the Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm Wednesday, February 06, 2008 at Murfreesboro Funeral Home.
