Jimmy Lavern Hickman, 64, of Murfreesboro, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at Baptist Hospital. Mr. Hickman was born in Kennett, MO and was of the Southern Baptist Faith.
Mr. Hickman was preceded in death by his father, Anzle Wilber Hickman, brothers, Anzle Hickman Jr., Ronnie Hickman and sister, Shirley Davis. He is survived by his wife, Susan Hickman; mother, Lillian Hickman; sons, Randy Hickman (Jennifer); James Hickman (Beverly) all of Murfreesboro; brothers, Robert Hickman of Murfreesboro; Rickey Hickman of Murfreesboro; Billy Hickman of Shelbyville; sisters, Carol Schaffer of Lewisburg; Maxine Sellars of Shelbyville; five grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
Visitation with the family will be Thursday, April 4, 2013 from 4:00 - 8:00pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be Friday, April 5, 2013 at 1:00pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home with Pastor Ron Byers officiating. Burial to follow at Coleman Cemetery.
