William "Bill" Patterson, 80 of Smyrna passed away Monday, March 07, 2011 at StoneCrest Medical Center. Mr. Patterson was born in Indianapolis, IN to the late William Riley and Isabelle Patterson. He was of the Catholic Faith and was a veteran of the United States Navy.
Mr. Patterson was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Sharon Patterson, and son Jeffrey Patterson. He is survived by his daughter, Julie (Ray) Wilson of Smyrna; son, Jim Patterson of Washington Courthouse, OH; grandson, Nick Wilson of Smyrna; sisters, Jackie Bolt of Tullahoma; Sharon Bienz of Indianapolis, IN; and brother, Ron Patterson of Indianapolis, IN.
Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, March 9, 2010 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be Thursday, March 10, 2011 at 11:00am at Murfreesboro Funeral Home with Father Jacob Dio officiating.
Family ask for memorial donations be made to Alzheimer's Association.
