Kathleen Wooten, of Murfreesboro passed away. Mrs. Wooten was a native and life long resident of Catlettsburg, KY until 2010 she moved to Murfreesboro to live with her daughter. She worked at Ashland Craft Dress Factory and Kings Daughters and Sons Home. She attended Unity Freewill Baptist Church.
Mrs. Wooten was preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert and Lily Myrtle Bluebaum, son in law, David Kress, husband, Kenneth Wooten, brothers, Howard Bluebaum, Delbert Bluebaum, and Henry Bluebaum. She is survived by her daughter, Sheila Wooten Kress of Murfreesboro; grandchildren, Eric Matthew (Rebecca) Kress of Ashland, KY; Chad Kress of Murfreesboro; great grandchildren, Erica Michelle Kress; Mary Elizabeth Kress; Chase Dylan Kress; Addyson Rylee Kress and sister, Edna Maxine Toney of Russell, KY.
Visitation with the family will be Thursday, July 11, 2013 from 11:00am until the Funeral service at 1:00pm at Neal Funeral Home in Catlettsburg, KY with Bro. David Humphries officiating. Burial to follow at Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens in Catlettsburg, KY.
