Kathleen Marie Day, 84 of Murfreesboro, passed away Thursday, October 10, 2013 at Community Care of Rutherford County. Mrs. Day was born in North Union, PA to the late Phillip T. and Thelma Hanan Shipley. She was a member of Christian Life Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Duane Shipley. She is survived by her children, Marsha (Joe) Losiowski of St. Clair Shores, Michigan; Joyce (Steve) Jefsen of Murfreesboro and Sheila Day of Englewood, CO; 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; brother, Phillip Shipley of PA. Memorial service will be at a later date.
