Bradley Dale Bly, infant son of Dale and Lisa Sanchez Bly passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at Centennial Medical Center. Bradley was born March 19, 2011. During his four short days here on Earth he was loved deeply by his family. Bradley is survived by his parents; sisters, Rachel, Mary, Chelsea, Maria, Laura; brothers, Nathan and Steven; grandparents, Mark and Pat Carter of Smithville, Roger and Pam Bly of Nashville, Shirley Moran of Lebanon; several aunts, uncles, cousins. Graveside service will be Sunday, March 27, 2011 at 1:00 pm at Evergreen Cemetery with Bro. Gary Dyer officiating. Burial to follow.
