Julie Jenkins, 38, of Murfreesboro, passed away Friday, December 05, 2008 at her residence. She was born in Michigan. Julie was a homemaker and a member of St. Rita Catholic Church in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Julie was preceded in death by her father Alan Wayne Shiner. Julie is survived by her loving husband, Derrick Jenkins of Murfreesboro; mother, Mary Ann Shiner of Palm Bay, FL; children, Vanessa Jenkins, Brent Jenkins, Gregory Jenkins and Jessica Jenkins, all of Murfreesboro; brothers, Alan (Cassandra) Shiner of Manistique, MI, Todd (Jamie) Shiner of West Palm Beach, FL, Scott (Jennifer) Shiner of Port St. Lucia, FL; sisters, Kimberly (Wayne) Jenkins of Wellington, FL and Shelly (James) Eddins of Clinton Township, MI; grandmother, Irene Shiner of Detroit, MI.
Funeral mass will be 10:00 am Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church with Father Mark Sappenfield. Burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5:00pm - 9:00 pm on Tuesday, December 9, 2008 at Murfreesboro Funeral Home.
