To Miss Carlas Family and Friends,I saw Miss carla a few months ago i the Wal-Mart parking lot. We had a good laugh that day as I had forgot where I had parked. I had already made several laps around the isles when Carla saw me. After a good laugh with her she asked about the family and I managed to find my car. I am saddened to hear that I will not have any more laughs with her in the walmart parking lot. We knew Miss Carla from St. Marks. My six children now young adults loved Miss Carla. We all shared laughs with her and remember the times spent with her on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights. She took special care of the children she watched and my children loved her for that. My family will be keeping you all in our prayers. We will miss Carla. She was a very caring person. The Styer Family

Darlene and Tommie Carla and I were best friends. We were like sisters. Over the years, we did many things together and went to many places. I will never forget Carla. She was a special person. I know these last three months were so hard on her and on both of you. Carla would tell me she wanted to go home. Once I asked her what home and she replied her Heavenly Home. She has now arrived there. She said she wanted her mom and Bro. Andrews. I guess they are all having a grand time over there. I know you will both miss her. The thing is we know how to make sure we will see her again. Tommie, Carla loved your little ones. She thought so much of them. Ashley and Michael your Aunt Carla loved you both too. I will never forget the good times. But I will not forget these last months either. May God bless you and give you all a home in Heaven also when this life is over.

Darlene and Tommie, You are in our thoughts and prayers. We loved Miss Carla like family. She kept the nursery at St. Mark's church when we moved to M'boro. She was the only person our son would stay with. She later kept our two daughters Elizabeth and Caroline and remained our number one babysitter. Alex our son was so sad to hear about her passing and loved her dearly. He would visit her at Christmas at Dr. Odom's office. Our two daughter's have shared stories about her since they heard the news. I know how much she cared about you Darlene and she talked so much about Ashley and Michael. I think she thought of them as her own. Tommie I remember her talking about you working at the hospital and how much she appreciated your help with your mother when she was so sick. Please let me know what I can do for any of you and I hope to place something at St. Mark's in her Memory. She was a special person to the Ingle family. I wish I could attend the service in the morning but I have a doctor's appt. myself. She will always be a special person and her memory will be with us forever. Much love and God Bless-- The Ingle Family Bob, Ginger, Alex, Elizabeth, and Caroline
