William "Ed" Robinson, age 85, passed away October 29, 2014 in his home with loved ones. He was preceded in death by his parents, Forrest and Myrtle Robinson and his loving wife of 30 years Elise D. Robinson.
He was lifelong resident of Rutherford County and was proud of growing up in Tuckertown. He retired from 480 Teamsters in July 1982.
He is survived by children: Doug Robinson, Shelia West of Pleasant View, Viki (Jim) Tucker of Ashland City, Jeff (Bunny) Robinson of Louisville, KY, Joanne Ortiz of Murfreesboro, Diane Heath (passed away Oct. 2011), Deborah Heath of Murfreesboro, Thomas Heath of Murfreesboro, David (Carol) Heath and Stevoen (Roberta) both of Murfreesboro.
Grandchildren: Brian West, Dustin West, Jill (Chris) Gibon, Doug (Jennifer)Tucker, Shannon, Candi (passed away Oct, 2011), Brandi, Christie, Brittany, Brandon Rheanna and David Heath II, Amanda, Billy, Troy, Matt, and Joshua Davis.
Great Grandchildren: Evan, Brooks, Brody, Ethan, Preston, Cole and Jocelyn
A father and provider to those he didn't have to be-THE BEST MAN I EVER KNOWN-by Son David.
Visitation is Sunday, Nov. 2, 11:00 am to 1:30 pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home with graveside service and internment at 2 PM at Evergreen Cemetery.
