Mr. Johnny Vesta Johns was born on June 23, 1954 in Lebanon, TN and he passed away at his residence on Thursday, November 27, 2014 in Murfreesboro at the age of 60.
Mr. Johns was the son of the late Gerald and Theodore Lackey Johns. He was a cab driver.
Mr. Johns is survived by his fiance' Mary Reid of Murfreesboro, Step-Son Anthony Reid of Murfreesboro, 4 brothers, Sam, Robert, Dan and Gerald Johns. 4 sisters, Frances Johnson, Debbie Clifton, Viola Goddard and Loretta Scheuer and many friends.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 3 brothers.
Visitation will be Wednesday, December 3, 2014 11-1 at Murfreesboro Funeral Home with funeral services beginning at 1 PM with Jessica Simpson officiating. Burial will follow at Amity Cemetery in Cannon County.
