Steven Patrick McClanahan, age 49, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, October 8,2015 at the Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, TN. He was born to James Bradley McClanahan and Shirley Inez Dalton Kirby on August 5, 1966 in Rutherford County, TN. He was an electrician and a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include his father, James Bradley McClanahan of Christiana,; mother, Shirley Inez Kirby of Shelbyville; step mother, Shirley Giles McClanahan; four brothers, Jimmy (Kathy) McClanahan of Estill Springs, Phillip McClanahan of Christiana, Allen Kirby and David (Valerie) Kirby both of Manchester; sister Theresa Hillis (Jimmy) of Bell Buckle. Four nieces and six nephews also survives.
Private service will be held for immediate family at a later date.
