Chad Richard Simons was born Jan. 10, 1978 in Hillsdale, Michigan and he passed away on Friday, October 23, 2015 in Murfreesboro at the age of 37.
Chad was the son of Richard Donald Simons and Kim Renee Husted Vaughn. He was a forklift driver and a member of the Hillsdale Baptist Church in Hillsdale, MI.
Survivors include his daughter, Quinn Natalia Cornell of Hillsdale, MI; father, Richard Donald Simons of Hillsdale, MI; mother, Kim Renee Vaughn of Murfreesboro, two brothers, Ryan Curtis Simons and Caleb Jared (Jessica Nicole) Vaughn all of Murfreesboro; sister, Asya Simons of Sandstone, MN; maternal grandmother, Judie Mae Husted of Fort Wayne, IN; nephew, Daniel Vaughn of Murfreesboro. Other friends and relatives also survive.
Services will be at a later date in Hillsdale, Michigan
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family to assist with the funeral expenses. This can be done by contacting Murfreesboro Funeral Home.
