I just learned about Hargis Passing to be withour Lord. I worked with him at the VA. He was a very kind man to the patients and was well liked by his co-workers. He would do almost anything in his power to help someone. He talked very positive about his love for his family, no matter what. He loved yall. May he rest in peace with God and enjoy the rewards he deserves. He touched many hearts of patients and made a difference in their lives. Dianne

My wife, Susan and I always looked forward to talking with Harlon every Sunday we could be together. Such a kind Gentleman and so pleasant to be with, a good Christian. We'll miss him. We are sorry for your grief. Joe Green

I want to express my sincere sympathy. Mr. Hargis was one of my very favorites at St Marks UMC. He served as a substitute grandfriend for me at my annual grandparent program at Black Fox for several years. He was always so precious! He enriched my life and many others.
